Wipeout Warranty Terms
Terms and Conditions - Ride Free® Wipeout Warranty
By participating in the Ride Free® Wipeout Warranty ("the Policy"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: The Policy applies to customers who have purchased cycling gear from Ride Free Sports Gear and have experienced a wipeout resulting in damage to the gear.

Replacement or Repair: After a wipeout, you may return your damaged cycling gear to Ride Free Sports Gear for replacement at 50% of the original cost. Ride Free Sports Gear reserves the right to determine whether the gear can be repaired or needs to be replaced.

Timeframe: The Policy is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original proof of purchase for the damaged gear to be eligible for the Policy.

Maximum Claims: The Policy covers a maximum of 2 wipeout per year. If you make a second claim within the 12-month period, the gear will be replaced at 75% of the original cost.

Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the damaged gear back to Ride Free Sports Gear for repair or replacement is the responsibility of the cyclist.

Product Availability: If the damaged product is no longer available or out of stock, Ride Free Sports Gear may provide a suitable replacement of similar value and functionality.

Policy Changes: Ride Free Sports Gear may change the terms and conditions of the Wipeout Warranty at its discretion, without prior notice.

Limited Liability: Ride Free Sports Gear is not liable for any additional costs, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the repaired or replaced gear.
- Exclusions: The Policy does not cover intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect.
By participating in the Ride Free® Wipeout Warranty, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
