    • Items must be returned in good condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included.

    • All purchases — whether made on the Ride Free® website or an affiliate platform — may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Ride Free® Website Orders:

    • Contact our customer service team by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Our team will provide simple return instructions and any required documentation.
    • Ride Free® will cover the cost of return shipping for customers who are not completely satisfied, because freedom shouldn’t come with extra costs.

Affiliate Platform Orders (e.g., Amazon, Takealot):

    • Initiate your return directly through the platform where you made your purchase (e.g., your Amazon account).
    • Follow their provided return process.
    • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the platform will cover the return shipping cost.

 

Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly — typically within 3 business days.
    • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
    • If an item is returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition, Ride Free® reserves the right to adjust or decline the refund.
